MXE Docker build: clean up Dockerfile

Instead of trying to do it all in one step rely on --squash to do its job. Don't try to be so aggressive in removing things, it saves very little space and caused builds to fail. This results in version 0.9 of the MXE build container Signed-off-by: Dirk Hohndel
