User manual: minor changes to the Start Using the Program section
Be more precise with selected dive vs. highlighted dives.
Avoid some redundancy.
Mention shortcut keys.
Discuss the different locations of the Main Menu and the fact that the
screen shots were taken on a Ubuntu system.
