Updated Mac build instructions
This uses Qt5 downloaded from their website (as Qt5 from homebrew
fails to link and thus is not working for me) and our custom
libdivecomputer and marble
[Dirk Hohndel: reformatted, minor typos fixed, removed the conflicting
MacPorts instructions]
