mobile-widgets/qml: use strongly typed CloudStatus
Replace CloudStatus.<value> with backend.<value> as part
of making enum sharing between C/C++ and QML more robust.
Replace PrefCloudStorage.verification_status with
backend.verification_status to use the strongly typed function.
