Our labels all seem to have a lot of empty vertical space around them.
Try to be a bit more conservative with space.

Add property "colorBackground" to allow instances of templateLabel to have
background color overwritten.

standard font-size as well as color are set
in the template (but can be overwritten in
the object)
Using TemplateLabel allows central change of how
labels are presented in the UI.
