Having subsurface-core as a directory name really messes with
autocomplete and is obviously redundant. Simmilarly, qt-mobile caused an
autocomplete conflict and also was inconsistent with the desktop-widget
name for the directory containing the "other" UI.
And while cleaning up the resulting change in the path name for include
files, I decided to clean up those even more to make them consistent
overall.
This could have been handled in more commits, but since this requires a
make clean before the build, it seemed more sensible to do it all in one.

This is useful if you are in an area with slow or spotty network and if
you are fine with just saving to the phone. In order to sync to the cloud
you either have to manually sync via the menu or turn this back on and
hide the application.
The commit also removes the old refresh from the Manage dives menu as the
semantic of that was possibly destructive now that we no longer
immediately save changes to git - those could be thrown away by selecting
refresh before the app had a chance to save them.

There may be other paths where we potentially show the wrong status to
the user... but at least with this it times out eventually; there
shouldn't be any single operation that isn't broken down with progress
markers that takes more than 10 seconds, so keeping the notification
around for 30 seconds seems very conservative.

If you show the App log and then start "Add dive manually" or "Show GPS
fixes" you get this odd behavior that the page stack returns to the App
log for some reason. A simple workaround is of course to return to the
dive list, first. Not ideal (because there shouldn't be a reason not to
have the All log in the stack as well, but not really a big problem,
either, since the App log is mainly intended for developers.

We received suggestions from users to darken the text color in the dive
list a bit and this does seem to be a lot more readable. Especially since
people are likely to use this outdoors the higher contrast seems
reasonable.

If the user tapped on the "Cloud credentials" menu and wants to go back to the
dive list (by selecting that option from the menu), allow them to do so if they
previously had valid credentials.
This allows them to go back to the dive list even on a device without a back
button like an iOS device.

With the integration of the credentials into the start page the logic for
this has changed.
Since the code for start page and dive list is actually on the same page,
using opacity to switch between the two sub pages (depending on whether we
have valid credentials and dives to show), the old way of changing
credentials no longer worked.
With theis patch the user once again can change their credentials (and
change their mind and go back to the dive list).

This isn't pretty, but having the version string available on a place
that people are likely to find does make sense when going public with
the Subsurface-mobile. Especially when we do a public release, I assume
the developer menu with App log might not be readily available for
people to identify their installed version.

Adding a dive is just like editing it, except that canceling the operation
has different consequences. Instead of trying to figure this out by some
inference on other state, let's just make it explicit and then clean up
after ourselves if the user canceled a manual dive add.
This also switches to use the properties that we defined in order for the
main menu to be able to setup these values. Makes the code easier to read
and is more consistent.

If one browses the application more than one step (e.g. details, gps fix
list and preferences), we need to pop the stack a bit more to get back
to the dive list. This will clear the whole stackView as I saw no harm
in discarding the history when one jumps back to the dive list.

This is based on post by Ben Laud
https://medium.com/@benlaud/complete-guide-to-make-a-splash-screen-for-your-qml-android-application-567ca3bc70af
It creates a theme that uses a splash drawable that Android will show
immediately when the application is launched. And then starts the QML
application with visibility set to false adn only makes it visible (and replace
the splash screen) once initialization is finished.
We still get a little flicker with the switch from splash to start page to dive
list, but over all the experience is hugely improved. And the bug that the
splash screen stays around when starting Subsurface-mobile in landscape also
appears to be fixed.
