This isn't perfect (if you make multiple requests things could go badly),
but it's better than just slapping the new password into the settings,
even if the update failed.

Correctly tracking the status of our authentication with the cloud service
is non-trivial, especially since the user may quit Subsurface between
registering and verifying an account, they might even register on one
machine and verify on another.
This tries to make sure that when in doubt we check with the cloud service
backend. And we show errors in the UI.

This now sets the preference variable / config entry and keeps them in
sync. Doesn't actually change the behavior at program start, yet.

All Facebook related stuff now is on SocialNetworks.h/cpp
this makes it much easier to implement things and looking
for bugs.
working:
- logging in
- getting user id
- getting album id ( or creating it )
*much* more testing is needed, of course.

Added a button to disconnect from facebook.
This clears the webview cookies so it correctly
disconnects us from facebook, and clears the
access token.

This may be a bit crude and it doesn't actually FULLY reset the settings
(as for example the column widths will still be maintained), but it's a
good start, I think.

Go ahead. Complain. Call me names.
At least now things are consistent and reproducible.
If you want changes, have your complaint come with a patch to
scripts/whitespace.pl so that we can automate it.

Sets the limit for GF's in the preferences panel to 1<=x<=150 and color
it read if gf > 100. Remove the % in the diveplanner view that was
rejected for the preferences view.
The 150 maximum is needed because QSpinBox defaults to maximum 99.

Before, when clicking the OK button on the preferences GUI, we were
updating in-memory preferences from the GUI, saving them to the
configuration file from the GUI, reloading from the file to the
in-memory preferences. Then, to add to the ducplication, when the
application was exiting, some fields were saved again.
Basically the first step and the last step were useless appart from
the fact the the other steps where missing a few fields here and there.
This patch removes the first step and fixes the missing fields.

This means we can also remove the forward declarations.
This is the first step in removing the memory allocation for the ui
sub-classes. Without the second step, this commit is just making the
compilation time increase for no good reason :-)

The biggest problem here was that bool has different sizes in C and C++
code. So using this in a structure shared between the two sides wasn't a
smart idea.
Instead I went with 'short', but that caused problems with Qt being to
smart for its own good and not doing the right thing when dealing with
'boolean' settings and a short value. This may be something in the way I
implemented things (as I doubt that something this fundamental would be
broken) but the workaround implemented here (explicitly using 0 or 1
depending on the value of the boolean) seems to work.
I also decided to get rid of the confusion of where gflow/gfhigh are
floating point (0..1) and when they are integers (0..100). We now use
integers anywhere outside of deco.c.
I also applied some serious spelling corrections to the preferences
dialog's ui file.
Finally, this enables the code that selects which partial pressure graph
to show.
Still to do: font size, metric/imperial logic

Dirk asked me to try to make it more modern, so I
used as a base, the Firefox preferences. currently
it saves / loads the preferences, and also smits
a signal 'preferencesChanged' that should be connected
to anything that uses preferenes, via the PreferencesDialog::intance()
object. In the future, I plan to make it have a signal / slot for each
member that changes.
I also moved the icons to a new folder this time, because the
amount of icons is now more than just two, and it was
becoming messy.
