The current way that facebook works is terrible: it's scattered
around tons of files ( at least 4 different files and classes )
this moves things around a bit, add a disconnect button that
was missing, cleans tons of code and fix inconsistencies.
I will also redo this part for 5.0, but it's too late for 4.5

Designer is such an utter piece of crap I am at a lack for words.
After a few hours with a real UI tool (i.e., vim) I have the preferences
dialog reasonably close to where I want it. It's still not perfect, but at
least it no longer contains tons of unused space, it fits fine on a
1024x768 screen and it is visually consistent across the different pages.

They stay valid while Subsurface is running, but once you quit, the
credentials are gone.
This way no one can steal them from our settings.

The upload would fail with an empty album, so disable the OK button onless
an album name is set.

Date and time needs to be a string, not a time_t.
Duration should be called that (and not time) and wasn't hooked up.
Also added a helper to get the duration string.
Finally reordered the components of the text that is shown to make it more
natural (or I should say, more in line with the order we use elsewhere).

This still only works for FB app admins at this time.
It always sends the dive that is shown in the profile.
It uses the resolution / size of the profile on screen.
It doesn't add any description and doesn't ask the user for explicit
permission to post (a preview would be even better with the ability to
edit the post).
But it's a great next step!

All Facebook related stuff now is on SocialNetworks.h/cpp
this makes it much easier to implement things and looking
for bugs.
working:
- logging in
- getting user id
- getting album id ( or creating it )
*much* more testing is needed, of course.
