[Keyboard] Add support for KBD8X MKII (#6033)
* Begin work
* Make things a tad easier to read
* Fix spacing
* Get things compiling
* Build a variety of generic keymaps
* Correct RGB pin
* Add configurator json
* Apply suggestions from code review
