Enforce definition of `DIODE_DIRECTION` for non-custom matrix boards (#7915)
* Enforce definition of `DIODE_DIRECTION` for non-custom matrix boards
* Define diode direction for failing boards
* Matching parentheses
* Put onekey diode directions in top level config
