Add readme file for MacOSX package
There are a couple of gothas on MacOSX involving GateKeeper on Mountain Lion, and dialogues that sometimes doesn't pop up. This file explains that. The file should be included in the DMG, but that's for a different commit. +Missing dialogues

+There's a bug that sometimes prevents dialogues from popping up.
+The workaround for this is to move the mouse pointer.
